MARIAH KOEHLE

I’m Mariah Koehle, the heart behind Mariah K Homes. I began in teaching and earned my degrees in Education from the University of the Pacific, where I also played Division I soccer. Those years taught me a lot about teamwork and how to show up for people.

After my husband and I bought our first home in California almost twenty years ago, I knew real estate was something I wanted to be part of my life. I combined my background in education with my love of home, earned my real estate license, and began building my real estate business in California.

When our family moved from California to Utah, I gained a real understanding of what relocation truly feels like. I was excited to take a new path when we arrived and decided to try growing my real estate business online. Honestly, next to having our surprise twins, building my business online has been one of the BEST surprises of my life! It opened the door to connecting with so many wonderful people across the country. That journey is what inspired me to help others make a move feel at home here in Utah.

Today, I LOVE that I get to help clients relocate to Utah, move within Utah, and find homes that fit their lifestyle.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my high school sweetheart, Eric, and our four children. I also enjoy sharing home inspiration and updates from our custom build, Cripple Creek.
