I’m Mariah Koehle, the heart behind Mariah K Homes. I’ve always loved helping people, which is what first led me into teaching. I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education from the University of the Pacific, where I also played Division I soccer. Those years taught me hard work, discipline, and the value of showing up for others, lessons that still guide the way I work today.

When my family moved from California to Utah, it was a big change. Starting over in a new state and rebuilding my real estate business from scratch gave me a deep understanding of what relocation really feels like. Going through that myself is what made me want to help other families navigate a move and truly feel at home here.
