MARIAH KOEHLE

I’m Mariah Koehle, the face behind Mariah K Homes. I started as an elementary school teacher and later stepped into real estate with a vision of serving families in a personal and strategic way. I went to the University of the Pacific on an NCAA Division 1 soccer scholarship, and those years shaped my work ethic, discipline, and drive.

After moving states and rebuilding from scratch, I learned the power of consistency, connection, and showing up for people. Those principles guide everything I do.

I now serve clients across Utah with a focus on luxury homes, relocation, and lifestyle driven marketing. I’m known for creating clear plans, educating my clients, and making the process feel easy and organized.
