Your Ultimate Guide to the 2025 Utah Valley Parade of Homes

The Utah Valley Parade of Homes 2025 is just around the corner, and let me tell you — this year is going to be one for the books! I’ve been chatting with builders, architects, designers, and interior designers who are getting ready to showcase their stunning properties, and the excitement is real. With over 40 homes in this year’s lineup, you do not want to miss it!

Whether you’re traveling in from out of state (yes, people really do fly in for this!) or planning to explore as a local, I’ve got some tips to help you make the most of your Parade of Homes experience.

Important Dates & Schedule

First things first: The Parade is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Please don’t be like my friends who showed up ready to tour on Sunday and were disappointed! The homes will be open Tuesday through Saturday, so plan your trip accordingly. For all official details and the full schedule, check out the Utah Valley Parade of Homes website.

Tickets & Perks

You can buy your tickets online or save a few bucks by purchasing them through local sponsors like Osman Design. Not only will you save $2–3, but you’ll also score a cute tote bag and lanyard — because who doesn’t love a little swag while house touring?

When to Go for Smaller Crowds

Want to avoid the shoulder-to-shoulder crowds? Visit during the weekday! Fridays and Saturdays are usually packed, but weekdays tend to be calmer, making it easier to fully appreciate the design details and craftsmanship of each home.

Plan Your Route

Here’s a pro tip: Download the UV Parade of Homes app.
The app will give you a map of all the parade homes, so you can group your visits by area. Trust me, this will save you time and mileage because the homes are spread out across places like Alpine, Highland, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Salem, and even Summit Creek/Woodland Hills — almost an hour apart!

I like to focus on one cluster of homes at a time (usually 5–10 in one area) and then head to the next zone. Trying to hit all 40+ homes in one day? Good luck! I recommend spreading your tour over a couple of days for a much more enjoyable experience.

Why You Should Go (Even If You’re Not Buying)

If you’re craving design inspiration, architecture ideas, or building tips, this parade is a goldmine. Many of the designers and builders are onsite, and they’re incredibly approachable — don’t be shy to chat with them! You might even find someone who can help with your own home project.

I’ll be sharing some of my favorite highlights from the 2024 Utah Valley Parade of Homes over on my social channels — so stay tuned! There were some jaw-dropping designs last year, and this year’s lineup is shaping up to be even more impressive.
